‘Tis the season for gratitude and long meals with the people we love, complete with great food and even better conversation - all things we LOVE here at camp!

While we can’t bring Gervais and his crew to your Friendsgiving feast (don’t we all wish?), we do have an archive of camp recipes waiting for you. From Cooking class favorites to Greystone Kitchen classics, our Cooking page has it all, and we promise that no matter your skill, you can pull these off with aplomb. We’ve gathered a few of our fall favorites here, but there’s lots more where these came from on our Cooking page. We can’t wait to see what you make - share pictures with us!

Looking for more ideas? We have a lot of people who love to cook on our team, and they’ve shared a few of their favorites too.

Try out Sarah’s favorite mac and cheese or Meredith’s go-to brussels sprouts. Alli recommends this Proscuitto Baked Brie (YUM) and Derby Pie. Come Thanksgiving, you’ll find Laura making this Winter Vegetable Salad and apple pie. I recommend this Cinnamon Apple Cake (the perfect breakfast dessert!), Oatmeal Cream Pies, and Brown Butter Rice Crispy Treats (can you tell I have a sweet tooth?).

We are always looking for new recipes though, so please share your family favorites with us! It won’t be long until we’re enjoying meals in the Dining Hall together again, but in the meantime, we’re wishing you lots of wonderful time around your tables at home.
