Hello New Camper families! We hope you had a wonderful Easter with your families, even if your celebration may have looked a little bit different this year.
Today, we are sharing a digital copy of our New Camper Sparks! We hope you all received one in the mail, along with a few other goodies. The New Camper Sparks is a great place to read up on our favorite tips to make your first summer the best.
Spend this week reading the New Camper Sparks and getting caught up on some fun past
New Camper Blog posts from us. Connect to Camp during the Quarantine
If you are looking for ways to connect with us as a New Camper family during some downtime, let me suggest 5 things you could try this week:
Write your Penpal. The good ’ole fashioned snail mail letter is perfect for this time of quarantine.
Connect with our city Facebook groups. Parents, don’t miss this chance to connect to other Greystone families in your area! We also have a general Parents Facebook group that is a fabulous resource for any camp questions you may have.
Try out a taste of camp. We post many fun recipes on our Blog, and many of these are recipes are made by our campers in our summer Cooking classes. Why not try a recipe as a family?
Spend time doing a family devotion. We have an abundance of resources for you to start with! Try one of our daily devotions (click the Subscribe button to have these emailed to you each day), watch a GREAT devo by our Senior Bible teacher, listen to one of our Morning Assembly summer devotions, or find a new book resource to use as a family.
Watch some camp videos. Our Greystone Vimeo page is a rabbit-hole of fun, so enjoy the relaxed pace and watch some camp videos. You can keep clicking for hours to see all the fun!
Have a wonderful week and we will see you back here soon!
