Closing Day
While we are always sad to see our campers leave, we know you will be excited to pick up your daughter after her time away at camp! We want to make the Closing Day process as smooth and efficient as possible so that your daughter can hop in the car right away (and tell you all of her fun camp stories!).
We will be sending more detailed Closing Day information once your daughter’s session has begun. Below, you will find the basic information that you need to know before the summer.
Basic Closing Day Details
- We will use staggered Closing Day pick-up times between 9:00 - 11:30 a.m., just like we did for Opening Day. Your assigned pick-up time will be different than your drop-off time for Opening Day. You can see the pick-up times below.
- You will enter through our back staff entrance just like always.
- Parents will need to stay in their vehicles. On our track, we will load your luggage into your car for you.
- After loading your luggage, you will then pick up your daughter on your way out of camp. You will need to stay in the car, and we will walk your daughter to you.
Airplane Departure
Like always, campers can fly home from camp, and we are happy to take your daughter to the airport. Make sure to read all of the details on our Air Departure information page.
Sister Pick-up
If you have more than one camper that you are picking up at camp, we are asking that you pick up all of your girls during the EARLIEST pick-up time suggested for your family. We will have your girls ready and waiting during the earlier time frame.
Departure Times
Below you will find the Closing Day departure times for each session. We are asking all parents to arrive between 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. You can come anytime in your daughter’s assigned pick-up time window for her particular grade. Please try to arrive during your daughter’s pick-up window as closely as possible. If you will not make it to camp by 11:30 a.m., please call our office and let us know.
Junior Closing Day Times
Friday, June 4th
All campers need to be picked up between 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. All grades are for the grade just completed before summer 2021. 1st grade: 9:00 - 9:30 2nd grade: 9:30 - 10:20 3rd grade: 10:20 - 11:00 4th grade: 11:00 - 11:30
June Closing Day Times
