We encourage each camper to develop a deep love for riding and build a special relationship with our horses. This comprehensive horsemanship starts from the moment our staff welcome our campers into the barn and continues into the instruction rings. Starting in 2016, we will be teaching hunt seat equitation and hunter jumper skills, focusing on building a solid foundation for any riding discipline.
As a member of the riding staff, we focus on teamwork in an uplifting and encouraging environment. You will take on different roles throughout the day, and everyone will be collectively responsible for the daily barn chores and running of the facility.
Working in the Greystone barn is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a summer job who wants to learn and gain more experience in the equine industry. We are looking for Christian women who have a positive attitude, are wanting to learn and gain new skills, are hard workers, and love working with children.
