13 years as a camper

1st year on Staff

Hi my name is Sadler Wilson! I’m a rising sophomore at the University of Georgia, and I am so excited to be working at camp this summer! I am majoring in Journalism and Economics with a minor in French. I am involved in Greek Life, sports media for UGA Athletics, and UGA Miracle. I’ve been a Greystone girl for 13 summers, and I can’t wait to pour back into a community that has poured so much into me! I can’t wait to meet your campers!

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” - Phillipians 4:13

A few things I love: Yoga, Music, Photography, and Travel

When I have an hour of free time, I like to… go to a yoga class with friends.

Something you wouldn’t guess about me: I play piano, guitar, and sing!

The one thing that makes any day better: is a DMC (deep meaningful conversation).

Best camp tradition? My favorite tradition is Closing Vespers.

Favorite Evening Program? Carnival (specifically Main Camp 4th of July!!!)

The camp food I can’t wait to eat is… Poppy seed chicken!

Item that I MUST bring to Camp with me: My digital camera

The song that describes me: Piano Man

My favorite cheesy joke: Who cleans the ocean?… A mermaid!

At camp, I’ll be the one… to go for a DMC on the dining hall porch

Come find me if… you are homesick. I used to be such a homesick camper, so I know exactly what it felt like and remember all of the counselors that helped me through it.

I wanted to work at Greystone because… it has brought me life-long friends who are so deeply rooted in their faith and know the Greystone experience. Thinking about these amazing friendships I have made as a camper, I cannot wait to watch my campers meet their lifelong best friends.

The best thing about camp will be… fostering deep connections with each of my campers, and giving them the same experience that has made me come back to camp for 14 years!
