5 Years as a Camper

Hi I’m Mary Boyd and I’m a rising sophomore at UGA studying finance and international business! I was a camper for 5 years and also spent the last 3 summers working on kitchen staff! I could not be more excited to have the opportunity to be back and can’t wait to spend the summer in my favorite place!

A few things I love: Being outside, sushi, the beach, watching football, ice water
When I have an hour of free time, I like to… Go for long walks with friends!
Something you wouldn’t guess about me: I can speak Chinese
The one thing that makes any day better: coffee!
Best camp tradition? Closing vespers
Favorite Evening Program? Carnival!
The camp food I can’t wait to eat is… Opening Day Scones!

At camp, I’ll be the one… in a rocking chair on the dining hall porch

I wanted to work at Greystone because… My camp counselors were so encouraging and impactful to me! I hope I can be a light to campers in the same way
The best thing about camp will be… Being with everyone in the bubble!
