Lydia Uhl

Canoeing

3rd year on staff

Hi! My name is Lydia Uhl and I just graduated from the University of Tennessee! I will be attending Belmont in the fall to pursue my masters in the entry to the practice of nursing. I am so excited to be at camp this summer to see the way in which the light of Christ shines through each and every girl! I cannot wait to experience all the excitement with your girls as new skills and friendships develop!

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters, He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” Psalm 23:1-4

A few things I love: Being outdoors and reading

Something you wouldn’t guess about me: I was born in Russia

The camp food I can’t wait to eat is… Sweet potato tacos

I wanted to work at Greystone because… there is no better feeling than watching each experience and moment of bravery transform a girl into what it means to be a true Greystone girl. It is so easy to pour back into a place that has given me so much throughout the years!

The best thing about camp will be… the friendships rooted in Christ that you will carry with you for years to come!
