Hey! My name is Jayne Womack, and I am a rising sophomore at Wake Forest University. However, I call Greenville, South Carolina home! I couldn’t be more excited to come back to Camp Greystone this year, and also to finally be a staff member! I was a camper here for eight summers, and those summers have given me memories and unforgettable experiences that I will take with me for the rest of my life. I love to play and watch tennis, and I also love sitting by Lake Edith with a good book or a friend for a DMC! I am so excited to meet new faces, and reunite with some older faces as well!! I couldn’t be more thankful to have been given this opportunity.

When I have an hour of free time, I like to… Talk to my friends and loved ones.
Something you wouldn’t guess about me: I LOVE learning about history, and it is something that I want to major in.
The one thing that makes any day better: When the sun is out, or when I am surrounded by the people that I love!
Best camp tradition? Council Fire (it is such a special but also nostalgic event)
Favorite Evening Program? Lip Syncs or Carnival!!
The camp food I can’t wait to eat is… OCP (Oreo Creme Pie)
Item that I MUST bring to Camp with me: My Bible and my sunscreen!

My favorite cheesy joke: Why was Cinderella so bad at soccer? Because she kept running away from the ball!
At camp, I’ll be the one… Who is always down to do anything, and will always want to work hard and have fun!! I love doing all things Greystone, and making the most of each and every day I get to spend there!
Come find me if… You need a friend or helping hand!! I am always down to step in or help whenever and/or wherever I am needed.
I wanted to work at Greystone because… I want to give other campers the best camp experience ever, as my counselors always did! I hope to nuture the campers, inspire the campers, and be a great role model for them. I also want to make sure that their experience is fun and unforgettable!
The best thing about camp will be… Making connections with other people. It really is the people that make the place.
