Hi! I’m Helen and I’m a freshman at Vanderbilt studying Economics and Chinese. I’m so excited to be back in the bubble this summer! I’m am extra pumped to be at Putt Cove teaching sailing this summer as I’ve been practicing my skippering skills with Vanderbilt’s club sailing team! Looking forward to a summer of spiritual growth and good old-fashioned Greystone Girl fun!

“And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have the power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ” - Ephesians 3:17-18

A few things I love: Podcasts, rice krispy treats, naps

When I have an hour of free time, I like to… Take a cycling class with friends

Something you wouldn’t guess about me: I’m fluent in Chinese!!

The one thing that makes any day better: A facetime with camp freinds

Best camp tradition? Lighting candles at vespers

Favorite Evening Program? Sunday Concerts

The camp food I can’t wait to eat is… Cheesy Chicken!!!

Item that I MUST bring to Camp with me: Sunscreen (I’ve learned my lesson)

The song that describes me: Don’t Stop Me Now by Queen

My favorite cheesy joke: Jose can you see?!

At camp, I’ll be the one… Hosting dance parties all the time

Come find me if… You want to talk about Taylor Swift

I wanted to work at Greystone because… Greystone is my happy place

The best thing about camp will be… The relationships I create with campers and fellow counselors
