1st year on staff

I am an Elementary Ed grad who married her high school sweetheart 16 years ago and has mostly used that education to raise 3 daughters ages 13, 10 and 7. I love throwing pottery, reading mysteries, baking sourdough, the beach, strength training, walking my dog Banjo and going to concerts. Camp environments are such a beautiful opportunity to learn about your identity as an image bearer and child of God and I can’t wait to join in all the excitement this summer!

“Though the mountains be shaken, and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken, nor my covenant of peace be removed” says the Lord who has compassion on you.” Isaiah 54:10

A few things I love: Pottery, the beach, dark chocolate, Diet Coke, music, mysteries.

When I have an hour of free time, I like to… Exercise, read

Something you wouldn’t guess about me: I’m a 7th generation black mountain native!

The one thing that makes any day better: Oat milk lattes

Item that I MUST bring to Camp with me: My journal

The song that describes me: Here Comes the Sun

My favorite cheesy joke: A horse walks into a bar, the bartender say “why the long face?”

At camp, I’ll be the one… Giving out hugs and hyping all the games

Come find me if… In the sunshine talking or reading.

I wanted to work at Greystone because… I wanted to give my girls the chance to experience Christian community in an incredible unique and FUN way. I also wanted to see it for myself!

The best thing about camp will be… The community.
