Hi everyone! I am Mandy, I am studying at the University of Nevada-Reno and I am majoring in Human Development and Family Science. I love animals, fitness, and arts and crafts. Growing up I would play hockey on an all boys team. Throughout highschool I played lacrosse and now in college I compete on a competive Olympic weightlifting team!
A fun fact is that I have pet chickens, frogs, and many other little friends. Growing up I would be the one that would catch lizards and frogs and show them to everyone I came in contact with. I don’t think anything has changed, hehe. I have always have had a huge heart to amphibians and reptiles and of course my other fuzzy friends. I am an avid crafter. I love painting, sketching, sewing, and crocheting. Currently I am crocheting my friend a Coraline doll and crocheting myself a sweater!

Something you wouldn’t guess about me: That I love early mornings and cold showers! I know, cold showers? Who likes that!?
The camp food I can’t wait to eat is… Watermelon! I cannot wait until it is in season.
My favorite cheesy joke: What type of shoes do frogs wear? Open toad!
I wanted to work at Greystone because… I want to be apart of a close knit community. I wish to create lifelong friends through a shared community. My mother was a camp counselor growing up and she mentioned about the great experiences she had. I wish to have a great experience like she did.
