Early Bird Enrollment Opens Next Week!
Summer 2026 has come to a close, but the countdown is already on to our next “best summer yet” in 2027!
We hope to see all of our returning campers there, and the only way to guarantee enrollment for next summer is to sign up during the Early Bird period from September 9th - September 16th. Save the dates, mark your calendars, and remind your friends to make sure they don’t miss it!
We will open enrollments at 10 a.m. EST on Wednesday, September 9th. We will send you an email when you are able to enroll, but if you don’t see that email right at 10:00, log-in to your camp account and fill out the application there. You can enroll any time between September 9th - September 16th for guaranteed enrollment in your eligible sessions, but make sure to enroll ASAP if you are hoping to change sessions for 2027 (more information on this below).

If you are a new-to-camp family hoping to enroll, please fill out the camp application linked on our website. Right now, this new-camper application is currently offline as we prepare for Early Bird enrollment. Check back in at the end of September to fill out the application and be placed on our Wait Lists; you can read more about how this works on our Dates & Rates page. Early Bird Re-Enrollment Details
- Junior campers are guaranteed enrollment in either Junior Camp, June Camp, or August Camp for the following summer.
- June, Main, and August campers are guaranteed enrollment in their current session for the following summer.
- June campers who are aging out (finished 7th grade before last summer and are currently in 8th grade) are guaranteed a spot in Main Camp for the following summer.
- August campers who finished 6th grade before last summer and are currently in 7th grade are eligible to stay in August Camp one more year and are guaranteed a spot in August Camp in 2027. Beginning with summer 2028, 7th grade campers aging out of August Camp will be guaranteed a spot in Main Camp the following summer.
General Enrollment Requirements
To be elibigle for re-enrollment into your guaranteed session(s), enrollment is contingent on:
- Being in the correct age/grade for the session in which you are enrolling
- Submitting an application during the Early Bird enrollment period (September 9 - 16, 2026)
- Paying the $1,000 non-refundable deposit at the time of enrollment
Session Change Request List
Some families may wish to attend a session other than the one(s) in which they have guaranteed enrollment. Campers may indicate their request to switch sessions on their Early Bird application and will then be added to our Session Change Request List.
- Families requesting a change should apply for their daughter’s eligible session in which she is guaranteed enrollment during the Early Bird period, assuming she will attend that session if a change cannot be accommodated.
- Change requests will be reviewed based on the time the application was received within the Early Bird window. If you are hoping to change sessions for 2027, we recommend you apply right at 10:00 a.m. on September 9th!
- Starting September 23, we will evaluate all of our session numbers and begin making switches as we are able. We will be in touch by early October.
