The Staff Experience and Community Coordinator helps lead Greystone’s staff recruiting, hiring, and year-round staff engagement efforts, while also contributing to summer program operations. This is a dynamic, relational role, perfect for someone growing in their career who wants to strengthen their people and project management skills.
This position is equal parts relational and task-oriented.

This is a contracted position serving three summers and two off-seasons, beginning May 2026 and concluding in August 2028. During the year, the Staff Experience and Community Coordinator is based out of the camp office; housing on camp property is provided, if desired.
