We are hiring a Staff Experience and Community Coordinator who will start this summer and stay on for the next two years, investing in our summer staff and year-round team operations.

The Staff Experience and Community Coordinator helps lead Greystone’s staff recruiting, hiring, and year-round staff engagement efforts, while also contributing to summer program operations. This is a dynamic, relational role, perfect for someone growing in their career who wants to strengthen their people and project management skills.
This position is equal parts relational and task-oriented.
Throughout the year, this team member will:
- Develop staff recruiting and connection initiatives
- Guide applicants through the hiring process
- Brainstorm and implement new ideas for camper engagement
- Provide administrative support to our year-round team
- And more!
During the summer, the Staff Experience and Community Coordinator will come alongside our Director team, assisting with program management, special events, and staff support.
We are looking for someone who:
- Loves connecting with people and building trust
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Communicates clearly and warmly
- Thrives in both big-picture vision and detailed execution
- Is self-motivated and loves to collaborate with a team
This is a contracted position serving three summers and two off-seasons, beginning May 2026 and concluding in August 2028. During the year, the Staff Experience and Community Coordinator is based out of the camp office; housing on camp property is provided, if desired.
