Welcome to the Team, Molly, Meyers, and Khaki!

It’s been a particularly exciting fall at camp - we don’t often get to grow our year-round crew, but after Labor Day, we welcomed three incredible new teammates: Molly, Meyers, and Khaki!

Each of them has brought fresh energy, unique gifts, and so much excitement for what we do here at camp. The office is lively, the ideas are flowing, and with them on board, we’re already well on our way to another best summer ever! You’ll get to see them in action this year, but for now, here’s a little introduction. Reach out to them to say hi if you’d like - they’d love to meet you!

Molly Crane: Administrative Director

If Molly looks familiar to you, you might just have seen her on Opening or Closing Day - she’s a camp mom! After years working in school administration, Molly and her family recently moved from Atlanta. As our Administrative Director, Molly handles camper admissions, Wait Lists, tours, and many behind-the-scenes details that help camp run smoothly. Call the office, and you’re likely to talk to Molly! When she’s not at camp, you can find Molly exploring her new hometown of Greenville with her family.

What made you interested in working at Greystone?

From the moment we dropped off our daughter for her very first Junior Camp, summer of 2022, I knew I’d be a lifelong Greystone fan. Growing up, I spent every summer at sleepaway camp and later worked as a counselor in high school—camp has always been one of my greatest joys and something I wholeheartedly believe in for children. Now that both of our daughters are Greystone campers, Greystone holds an even bigger piece of my heart.

When I came across this job opening, it felt like it was written just for me. Even though it meant moving away from Atlanta and making a big family transition, everything fell into place through prayer, and I feel so blessed to join this incredible team.

The part of my job I’m most excited about is…

Connecting with parents, seeing campers in action during the summer, and—of course—enjoying lunch in the Dining Hall (I’m determined to learn all the songs quickly!).

My first weeks of work have been…

Amazing! Everyone has been so warm and welcoming. It truly feels like a dream job in the most beautiful setting.

Contact me about…

Camper enrollment, waitlists, general camp questions, and scheduling tours.

The emoji I use the most is…

Definitely the laughing/crying emoji—I love humor and use it all the time.

If I were a camper, my favorite activity would be…

Evening Programs! Every summer when I scroll through the photo albums (IYKYK), I’m amazed by the creativity, traditions, and sheer joy. The smiles and excitement make me wish I could jump right in myself.

The one item I’d have to bring to camp is…

All of my pillows—non-negotiable!

Anything else to add?

I can’t wait to meet parents and campers. Please reach out with questions—or even just to share your favorite camp stories!

Meyers Massey: Marketing and Media Coordinator

Meyers joins us from the world of advertising and marketing, where she honed her eye for communications, media, and design. As Marketing and Media Coordinator, she will have her hands in just about everything that says “Greystone,” and we can’t wait for you to see the impact she has on our mailings, photography, social media, and more. Meyers and her husband call Greenville home, and they love to go on long walks, cuddle with their Boykin Spaniel puppy, Birdie, and watch the Great British Baking Show. Send Meyers a DM today to say hi - she’s a ton of fun!

What made you interested in working at Greystone?

Growing up attending summer and weekend camps, I always knew I would thrive in that environment. Greystone’s mission immediately resonated with me, and the fact that it’s family owned and operated made it even more special. After my very first conversation with Sarah and Cat, I knew this was the place I wanted to be!

The part of my job I’m most excited about is…

Connecting with campers through social media, mail pieces, and more! Greystone loves sending mail (you’ve probably noticed), and we see it as such a valuable way to connect with campers and families. I can’t wait to play a part in sharing camp joy year-round.

My first weeks of work have been….

Amazing! Not only do I get to work in such a beautiful place, but I’m surrounded by people who love the Lord, strive for excellence, and truly love what they do. It’s inspiring and so motivating.

If I were a camper, my favorite activity would be…

Cabin time! I love giggling and talking while cuddled up in my bunk with new best friends.

The one item I’d have to bring to camp:

My water bottle! It’s definitely my emotional support piece.

Anything else to add?

Even though I wasn’t a camper or counselor here, I already feel so welcomed and loved by the Greystone community. I’m beyond excited to meet everyone next summer!

Khaki Paschall: Staff and Administrative Coordinator

If you spent any time at Thunderhead this summer, this gal needs no introduction. Khaki worked on staff in 2025 and is staying on as our Staff and Administrative Coordinator this year - lucky us! A recent Auburn grad, Khaki now calls Tuxedo home. In her role this year, she’ll have her hands in all things camper and staff connection, and you may see her out and about recruiting the very best staff for summer 2026. Want her to visit your school? Shoot her an email and make your pitch!

What made you interested in working at Greystone?

I became interested in working at Greystone when I was looking for ways to be involved in a ministry type role as well as working with youth. Greystone offered the perfect place to do both where I can prepare, plan, and pray for the upcoming summer while also fully diving into a time of fellowship and building relationships with the campers and staff each summer.

The part of my job I’m most excited about is…*

Meeting and recruiting the summer staff for 2026 and getting to welcome new faces to tell them more about Greystone!

My first weeks of work have been….

Incredible! It has been by far the most welcoming and encouraging team I have ever worked with.
