These quiet, purposeful moments strongly advocate the core values that make Camp Greystone so special: love and unselfishness. For many years Libby dreamed of renovating this special area of camp. We are proud to announce that in the fall of 2020, we will undertake this project in memory of her and to commemorate our 100th summer. We can think of no better way to honor Libby and commit to another 100 years of camping excellence than with this most significant improvement to our wonderful facility.
In 2010 the Great Day Fund was established in memory of Jim Miller, III. This endowed scholarship fund provides camperships for girls whose families cannot afford to send them to camp. As Greystone heads into the future, this fund will aid in our goal to assure every girl who wants to experience Greystone has the opportunity to do so.
A gift to the Great Day Fund of any amount is valuable and appreciated. For our centennial year, we are offering a unique opportunity. Any gift of $1,000 or more will be commemorated on a bronze plaque at the entrance of the new Council Fire. As always your donation is tax deductible and will help provide the camp experience to a deserving new generation.
We hope you will join us as we honor the past while working to make camp accessible to the Greystone Girls of the future.
