Your daughter's laundry is washed, dried, and folded for your daughter while she is at camp. We wash the clothes here, with cold water, colors and whites sometimes mixed together. Our laundry service has a 24 hour turn around time, with campers' clothes being picked up during rest hour and being returned the following rest hour. All clothes are washed and returned folded to your daughter.
Number of times your daughter's clothes will be washed:
- Junior camp: no laundry service
- June camp: 2 times
- Main camp: 4 times
- August camp: 1 time
Please keep in mind that this is a commercial laundry, so please send clothing of a simple nature that will look neat with a wash and tumble-dry process.
We also do not wash personal sheets. Girls must change sheets once during the June and Main camp sessions, so if you plan on bringing your own sheets, please send more than one set. There is an optional sheet change every Sunday at all of our sessions.
Labeling clothes
Please make sure to label everything you send to camp with your daughter! Use a permanent marker or pen to label all of her belongings. This will ensure your daughter's laundry makes it back to her with no mix-ups. Don't forget to label sleeping bags, cameras, Bibles, tennis racquets, shoes, etc. For labeling assistance, we also recommend Mabel's Labels.
