Build confidence as you challenge yourself to explore something new at Greystone.

High Adventure

Our High Adventure program has something for everyone! This extensive area of camp includes a 40-foot, five-faced Climbing Wall, 100-foot Bouldering Wall, the “Screamer Swing,” the “Leap of Faith,” and an exhilarating Zip Line Course. Challenge yourself as you learn to master the five surfaces of our climbing wall, or work your way across 100 feet of bouldering wall. Where else could you leap to catch a trapeze 40 feet in the air, or have the courage to free fall 30 feet on the Screamer? High Adventure dares you to push past your comfort zone, so come out, and feel the adrenaline rush!

High Ropes

Standing 60 feet tall, boasting 30 stations on four levels, our ropes course is an impressive sight. After being outfitted with a harness, helmet, and lobster claws, the course is your playground, and you can work at your own pace to conquer endless combinations of the elements. No matter how high you go, it’s an adventure like no other!

Grab a group of friends and venture out of camp for the morning with our experienced hiking guides. You’ll explore custom-designed trails on our mountain-top Bear Mountain property and enjoy beautiful views of the valleys below. It’s the perfect way to see all that North Carolina has to offer with your camp friends!

Overnight Campouts

All of our June and Main campers enjoy a night of camping at our picturesque Apple Hill campground. Choose to sleep nestled in hammocks under the stars or circled up with your friends on tented platforms. Complete the evening with s’mores, fireflies, and songs around the campfire. A Greystone overnight is one to remember!

Bear Mountain Overnights

Our oldest campers at June and Main Camp enjoy their overnight at our Bear Mountain property. Girls love spending time with each other under the stars!

Our June and Main campers have the option prior to their session of adding a one-day rafting trip as an extra activity. Professional guides ensure you have a blast as they lead your trip down either the Pigeon or Chattooga Rivers. Our trips range from fairly mild to heart-pumping thrill, so you can challenge yourself more every year. You’ll love testing out the rapids of the area’s best rivers this summer!
