Arrival Details:

We cannot wait to welcome you to Greystone on Friday, October 4th. Registered alumnae can arrive anytime after 3 p.m.

When arriving on Friday, please use camp’s front gate entrance, the entrance off of South Lake Summit Road. The best address to use for arriving is:

80 Apple Hill Lane
Zirconia, NC 28790

[Please note: after arrival on Friday, we will be closing our front gate and ask that all cars coming in and out of camp use our Staff Entrance: 21 Camp Greystone Lane, Zirconia, NC 28790. This will prevent constant traffic in camp throughout the weekend.]

Upon your Friday arrival, we will greet you at the front gate (just like the good ’ole days!) and tell you your cabin assignment (if you are staying in town, keep reading for details on town arrivals). You will then drive through camp and can drop your luggage on the Lower Road before continuing to park at the soccer field. After parking, you will walk up the hill to pick up your luggage and carry everything to your cabin (assistance is available for those who need it). Finally, you will “officially” check-in at the Hostess Cabin. At that point you will receive details about the weekend and pick up your welcome bag and nametag.

Late Arrivals:The official check-in time will run from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. If you will arrive after 8 p.m., please park at the Hostess Cabin, and our Hostess will check you in and help you know what to do next. We will have someone in the Hostess Cabin until 10 p.m. that night; if you need to arrive after 10 p.m., please .

Airplane Arrival: We are so excited to welcome Alumnae back to camp from all over the country! We will not be providing official shuttles to and from the airports but are happy to assist in helping you find transportation, if needed. We recommend contacting a camp friend coming to the Reunion to see if you can coordinate pick-up and return to the airport. If you cannot find someone to help with arrival, , and we can help connect you with a fellow alumna.

In Town Guests:

If you are staying in town during the Reunion and will be driving in to camp each day, we will be using two different entrances:

  • Friday arrivals: When you arrive on Friday, please use our front gate entrance (80 Apple Hill Lane, Zirconia, NC 28790). We will greet you at our front gate, show you where to park your car on the soccer field, and then welcome you to check-in at the Hostess Cabin. When you leave on Friday, please use our back Staff Entrance to exit so that you do not drive back through camp (follow the signs to show you how to exit).
  • Arrivals and departures on Saturday and Sunday: After Friday’s arrivals, we will close our front gate entrance so we do not have cars driving through camp all weekend. When you arrive on Saturday and Sunday, please use our back Staff Entrance (21 Camp Greystone Lane, Zirconia, NC 28790). Look for signs to direct you to parking. You can then exit out of this same entrance when you leave each day.
