- A 37-stall barn with wash stalls, tack room, and classroom
- 5 riding rings, including 2 full-size dressage and stadium jumping rings
- A dining hall with full salad bar and bakery
- 8 hard-surface tennis courts
- Two full sized competition swimming pools
- A water park with a water trampoline, blob, kayaks, canoes, and a 100 ft. waterslide
