Complete your online forms
All forms are available online in early spring and can be accessed by signing into your account.
Air Travel
Will your daughter be flying to camp or home from camp? We need to know! Please make sure you have filled out your Travel Form online. Find out how to fly your camper to or from camp.
Shipping bags home
Will you be shipping bags home? You must fill out a Baggage Departure Form online. See more details on your camper's luggage.Schedule a doctor’s physical
Please do this within 6 months of arriving to camp. You can print the physical form you need by logging into your account (Please note: these forms have a barcode that links to each child specifically). Learn more about Health and Safety at camp.Personal Allowance
Parents of June, Main and August campers need to print a personal allowance form and mail it back. Find out more about the Personal Allowance.Cabin Request
You must make a cabin request by May 15 for it to be considered for your daughter. You can make a request through your online account. See Cabin Assignments to find out how we place your daughter in her cabin.Check your child for lice
We check all children for lice when they arrive at camp. It is much better to find and treat lice at home! We recommend that you check your child for lice within 3 weeks of coming to camp.
