Justine Tibbles
Justine is originally from Gloucestershire, England. Having been involved with horses at an early age she went on to study Equine Studies and Business at Hartbury College. She took further training in horse yards throughout Britain before moving on to manage a number of different Equestrian Centers.
In 1994 Justine came to North Carolina to run the riding program at Greystone. Since then the program has expanded rapidly and Justine has taken on the full time position as Director of the Equestrian Center.
Riding Philosophy
Good riders and horse care people distinguish between their own mistakes and those of their horses. We are able to recognize these mistakes, correct them, and never blame our horse for those which are our errors stemming from a lack of experience. At Greystone, we teach this philosophy to give our riders a solid foundation so they are able to continue in this sport in a fun and safe environment.
