Greystone Wedding!

We love a good camp romance story! Emily & Derek met at Greystone. They married this past summer. Emily was a camper in the days of her youth and then came to work at camp in the painting department while she was studying at Furman University. Her good friend Rachel also worked at camp and taught High Adventure. Rachel had a brother that when he finished his freshman year at Vanderbilt came and worked on Men Staff. He taught kayaking. Over the years Emily & Derek fell in love. Emily graduated from Furman and worked as a Group Leader after running the Fine Art Center for a few summers. We have loved being a part of their relationship! We only wish we could have been there to see them tie the knot! Hmmm….we were getting ready for August camp! No worries! We will hopefully see them back at camp for many years to come! Family Camp was not the same without them this year!!
