The Great Day Fund

We are so excited to be debuting the Great Day Fund! For years, we have been discussing the possibility of starting a foundation here at camp. With the passing of JimDaddy this winter, we felt that there was no better time than now!

We have set up the Fund as an endowment fund, so that 100% of the donated funds go towards camperships and are eligible for charitable deduction. These “camperships” as we are calling them, will provide tuition assistance for girls who cannot otherwise afford a summer at Greystone. In the future, this money will be available to both current and future Greystone families.

At all of our Opening Days this summer, we will have information set up on both our track and our dining hall with brochures about the Fund. We will have information you can take with you to learn more about what we are doing.

This is an exciting time for camp, and we are thrilled to remember JimDaddy in this way. In the meantime, you can find information on our website at The Great Day Fund or under the Alumni tab in the navigation at the top.
