Camp Greystone is accredited by the American Camp Association.
A Greystone counselor loves her campers and always has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We look for college aged young women who are committed to investing their summer in making Greystone an extraordinary experience for the campers. She will do this while selflessly showing the light of God’s love and exhibiting a positive attitude in all her duties.
We know that counselors need to be nurtured spiritually while working at camp. To this end we offer small group Bible Studies, weekly staff morning devotions, and periodic evening devotions. All cabin counselors present a Bible based devotion to her campers every evening before lights out. A full time minister is usually on staff, and we enjoy wonderful Sunday morning worship services for the entire camp.
We adopt a 'no pressure' approach to sharing the gospel. The Holy Spirit meets girls where they are and is always a strongly felt presence.
