Grey Cafe

Many of you may not know this, but Jimboy is quite the athlete.  During the winter months, we find him training for numerous athletic challenges.  Luckily for me today, I was able to catch him mid-workout to snap some shots of the muscle man in action.  He is currently prepping his body to join us on the track for Stumblers this summer.  I have been searching for a great new Greystone jogging suit for his debut at Stumblers.  Enjoy these pictures!

It is a beautiful day at camp – finally!  I think this is the first day since mid-December that I haven’t seen snow on the grounds.  It means camp is around the corner.  I love making lists, so I thought I’d let you all know what is going on at camp right this second!!!

1. The front entrance to camp is covered in trucks and workmen as the dock is going up down at Putt Cove.
2. Penpal and buddy postcards are getting labeled and stamped!
3. New counselors are getting hired and Kelly is doing interviews galore.
4. Information about the Greystone store is also in the labeling and stamping phase – I see 3 new t-shirts I want to order.
5. We are scheduling some awesome concerts for Main camp as well as coming up with some new and fun Evening Programs for all sessions.
6. Parent information packets (with all the fun forms) are being printed right now – time to schedule that physical.
7. Stickers are also being printed – we’ll have the new ones this week!
8. Smith is working on her talent show routine for Junior (yes, she really is working on this right now!)
9. Mimi just jumped in the lake – she is soaked.
10. Preparations are being made to put the floor down on the new wall ball court – what is this, you might be asking?  More details to come!

Hi Greystone friends!  I loved getting to see so many fun Greystone peeps in ONE DAY!  I headed over to Clemson for a teeny bit and then rolled to the Brown’s.  It was fun to see so many cool people.  We did not sing songs, but we did play a few rounds of Amy’s awesome game – “Family”.  It was good stuff.  My favorite names in the mix were:  Captain Crunch, Kelly Kippor, A.C. Slater, Casper and Charlie Brown.  Good times.
