FIRST SNOW

The first snow of 2017 arrived last night, and it was a BIG ONE!

School let out early as the snow arrived unexpectedly early on Friday afternoon. Virginia, Caroline, Catherine, and Margaret were all caught unaware as the skies opened up with a beautiful fluffy snowfall. Soon everyone was home and we sat by the fire watching the transformation.

We awoke this morning to about 7 inches of snow. I went out to get a few photos, hope you enjoy them!

While we are sorry not to be enjoying a weekend with the counselors (this was supposed to be our annual counselor retreat where counselors “camp out” at Whitehall), we are looking forward to having fun making a snow man and sledding down the pagent court.
